Nautical style returns regularly in fashion, from classic stripes to subtle maritime details. When this article was published in 2014, we explored a quieter approach: solid and muted colors accented with a sailing-inspired silk scarf.
Our example was the ANNE TOURAINE Paris™ nautical silk scarf Brise de Mer (“Sea Breeze”), shown here in several archive styling photographs.
It comes in four soft hues (ocean blue, pale grey, arctic white, and crystal blue) and in two sizes (36x36” / 90x90 cm and 27x27” / 70x70cm) which offered many color combinations and styling possibilities, from casual to chic.
