SHIPPING:

Shop with confidence on annetouraine.com! To satisfy our customers, we are offering great shipping conditions such as : free shipping in the US on all orders and free shipping in countries other than the US above $250, a rigorous packaging to make sure your items arrive in perfect conditions, insurances, a tracking # we send you the day your package is shipped. To ensure your package is not lost we also request your signature on delivery. 

If you purchase an ANNE TOURAINE Paris™ scarf or scarf ring as a gift, you can tell us at the time you place your order and we will be happy to write a specific note for the receiver.

For our US Customers:

All our featured scarves and scarf accessories are in store. We process shipments of your order within a few hours and make every attempt to have your package delivered within 2-3 business days after it is shipped from our US Base located in Osprey, Florida.

Rate: SHIPPING IS FREE ON ALL ORDERS. It comes with insurance, tracking number and customer signature (required). Please note that displayed prices do not include any Sales tax (for Florida Residents). These are calculated when you check out.

If you are offering your purchased items for a loved one living in a different place as yours, the shipping address can be different from the payment address.

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes and that Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses cannot receive guaranteed shipping.

For our International Customers (outside the USA):

All our featured scarves and scarf accessories are in store. We process shipments of your order within a few hours and make every attempt to have your package delivered within 5-7 business days after it is shipped from our US Base located in Osprey, Florida.

Rate: FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER US$250.00 with insurance, tracking number and customer signature (required). For orders below US$250.00, we apply a flat fee of US$50.00 with insurance, tracking number and customer signature (required), excepted for our How-to-Wear Guide booklet. Please note that displayed prices do not include shipping cost (if applicable), which is calculated when you check out. Please also note that our prices DO NOT include any kind of non US local taxes, VAT and Custom duties. Before ordering, it is recommended you contact your local Tax and Customs Authorities for more information and exact applicable taxes.

RETURNS:

Returns (or exchanges) are possible because we, at ANNE TOURAINE Paris™, understand that purchasing an high-end scarf online is not easy!  In spite of the tremendous efforts we deploy to always feature all the details of our scarves with still, close up and lifestyle photos and descriptions, you might change your mind and decide to exchange your scarf or to return it. This is part of our total customer satisfaction and ethic code policy. However, we have to apply a certain return and exchange policy we describe below, due to the nature of the delicate products we sell: 

- Returns or exchanges are only accepted on full priced products purchased on www.annetouraine.com provided that the products have not been worn or used.

- Discounted items are final sale.

- All returned items must be postmarked within 3 days of the original delivery received date in order to be eligible for a full refund. All returns must be in perfect conditions and include the signature box with its ribbon, the booklet "The Guide" (delivered with our silk twill scarves) with your complete order and contact information.

- If you decide to return your product(s), please send us first an email explaining the reasons of this return by using our Customer Care Form.

- Once the return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email or by phone if your return is eligible for refund. If it is (fully or partially), your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within a few business days. Please allow additional time for the banks to process and post the transaction.

- ANNE TOURAINE Paris™ will not refund the cost of shipping (USA: from $10 and non U.S. customer: from $50) and the return shipping costs. For customers outside the U.S.A., we will not either refund any local taxes, VAT and custom duties you might have paid. Please note ANNE TOURAINE Paris™ cannot be held responsible for returning shipments lost in transit. Please note that C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.
