October is widely recognized as Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and pink has become an internationally recognized color associated with breast cancer awareness. 
A pink scarf can be worn as a simple expression of support. Scarves may also be a personal styling choice for some people experiencing hair loss during cancer treatment.
At the time this article was originally published, the ANNE TOURAINE Paris™ collections included several pink scarf designs: Silk Road Lotus pink,Paris misty rose, Russian Winter powder pink or Pink polka dot scarf: there is one design and one shade for every pink lover.
The original 2013 article also featured a series of scarf rings in different sizes and materials. These archive examples illustrate additional ways scarves were styled.
One of the original styling examples paired the Russian Winter powder pink scarf with a large abalone scarf ring. The grey tones of the ring echoed details in the scarf design.
The white and black mother-of-pearl scarf rings shown in the archive photographs offered alternative combinations with the same pink scarf.
