Our shipping and return policy below applies to the entire ANNE TOURAINE Paris™ scarf collection featured on our web boutique. It does not apply to wholesale, custom made and corporate gift neckwear orders*

 

Shipping:

Shop with confidence on annetouraine.com! To satisfy our customers, we are offering great shipping conditions such as: Free shipping in the US on all orders and free shipping in countries other than the US on orders above $250, a robust packaging to make sure your items arrive in perfect conditions, insurances, a tracking # we send you the day your package is shipped. To ensure your package is not lost we also request your signature on delivery. 

If you purchase an ANNE TOURAINE Paris™ scarf or scarf ring as a gift, you can inform us at the time you place your order and we will be happy to write a specific note for the recipient.

For our U.S. Customers:

All our featured scarves and scarf accessories are available, unless specified in the product description page. We process shipments of your order within a few business hours and make every attempt to have your package delivered within 2-4 business days after it is shipped from our US Base located in Osprey, Florida.

Rate: SHIPPING IS FREE ON ALL ORDERS. It includes insurance and tracking number. Please note a customer's signature is required on delivery. Please also note that displayed prices do not include any Sales tax (applicable to Florida Residents only). These are calculated at check out.

If you are offering your purchased items to a loved one living in a different place than yours, the shipping address can be different from the payment address.

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes and that Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses cannot receive guaranteed shipping.

For our International Customers (outside the U.S.A.):

All our featured scarves and scarf accessories are available unless specified in the product description page. We process shipments of your order within a few business hours and make every attempt to have your package delivered within 5-12 business days after it is shipped from our U.S. Base located in Osprey, Florida.

Rate: FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER US$250. It includes insurance and tracking number. Please note a customer's signature is required on delivery. For orders below US$250, we apply a flat shipping fee of US$50. Please note that displayed prices do not include shipping cost (if applicable), which is calculated at check out. Please also note that our prices DO NOT include any kind of non U.S. local taxes, VAT and Customs duties. Before ordering, it is recommended you contact your local Tax and Customs Authorities for more information and exact applicable taxes.

Returns & Exchanges:

Returns (or exchanges) are possible because we, at ANNE TOURAINE Paris™, understand that purchasing a high-end scarf online is not easy!  In spite of the efforts we make to feature all the details of our scarves with still, close up and lifestyle photos and descriptions, you might change your mind and decide to exchange your scarf or to return it. This is part of our total customer satisfaction and ethic code policy. However, we have to apply a number of conditions and restrictions detailed below, due to the delicate nature of the products we sell.

- Please note scarf rings and pendants are final sale and can neither be returned nor exchanged.

- Returns or exchanges are only accepted on fully priced scarves purchased on www.annetouraine.com provided that the scarves are in perfect condition and have not been worn or used.  

- Discounted scarf / scarves are final sale. By discounted scarf / scarves, we mean (a) discounted scarf / scarves purchased with a discount code obtained in the scope of an ANNE TOURAINE Paris™ marketing campaign, or (b) a discount directly offered to a customer by ANNE TOURAINE Paris™ at its discretion.

 

- SPECIFIC CONDITIONS OF RETURNS FOR REFUNDS:

- Please note that we accept returns for refunds only for scarves (not scarf rings and pendants).

- If you decide to return your scarf / scarves for a refund, please send us first an email no later than 3 days after the original delivery received dateexplaining the reasons of this return, by using our Customer Care Form.

- All returned scarf / scarves for refund must be in perfect condition (meaning it / they have never been worn or used) and must include, for each scarf, the signature box with its ribbon, the booklet "The Guide" (delivered with our French silk twill scarves) with your complete order and contact information.

- Once the return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email or by phone if your return is eligible for refund. If it is (fully or partially), your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within a few business days. Please allow additional time for the banks to process and post the transaction.

- Please note ANNE TOURAINE Paris™ will not refund the cost of shipping (when applicable) and the return shipping costs. For customers outside the U.S.A., we will not either refund any local taxes, VAT and custom duties you might have paid.

- Please note ANNE TOURAINE Paris™ cannot be held responsible for returning shipments lost in transit.

- Please note that C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.

- SPECIFIC CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGES:

- Please note that we accept exchanges only for scarves (not scarf rings and pendants) of at minima the same value of your initial purchase.

- If you decide to return your product(s) for an exchange, please send us first an email  no later than 3 days after the original delivery received date, explaining the reasons of this return for exchange by using our Customer Care Form. We will also need to know which new product(s) you want to receive. 

- All returned scarf / scarves for exchange must be in perfect condition (meaning it / they have never been worn or used) and must include, for each scarf, the signature box with its ribbon, the booklet "The Guide" (delivered with our French silk twill scarves) with your complete order and contact information.

- Once the return scarf / scarves have been received and inspected, we will notify you by email or by phone if your return is eligible for an exchange.

- Please note ANNE TOURAINE Paris™ cannot be held responsible for returning shipments lost in transit.

- For customers outside the U.S.A., please note that we will charge you again the shipping cost ($50).
